Andrew Coscoran

Episode #78 begins with the usual FTK "Friend Of The Show" housekeeping and a final reminder about our live show at Runners Paradise next Monday. Brett & Joel then introduce this weeks guest: Irish 1500m record holder and recently crowned Zatopek:10 champion Andrew "Cosi" Coscoran. We hear about Cosi's recent success from 1500m to 10,000m and how he adopted a more professional approach to his running. Brett, Joel and Cosi go over their training weeks together while the Irish star is based out of Melbourne and the episode closes out with everybody's favourite TWHSOITWTWATSA.
