Arnaud Dely, professional duathlete and distance runner will attempt to break Bashir Abdi's National Record of 28:07 on March 19th 2022. We would love to have been able to make it to Belgium to film one of Arnaud's workouts but we had committed to other projects in the lead up to the event. Arnaud luckily arranged for a friend to film one of his specific workouts just 2 weeks before the 10km race. Please note this is filmed from a mobile phone with a few issues with noise/wind. The workout: 10x1km with 90sec recovery. -- -- -- Arnaud Dely Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/arnauddely/ Sweat Elite Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sweatelite/ - -- -- Timecodes: 00:00 - Intro, Warm Up, 05:32 - The Workout (10x1km) 13:44 - Post workout Chat -- -- -- Members support our video production and it only costs as much as a Big Mac each month.
