Following a breakout track season in the steeplechase in which he became an Olympian for the first time running a personal best of 8:16, John Gay looks towards the world indoor championships where he competed in the 3000m. This was John's last big workout before the race. John was joined by Charles Philibert-Thiboutot who was on the track for the first time in weeks after a calf injury had set him back. Charles, a former Olympian featuring a 1500m personal best of 3:34, has faced a significant amount of adversity on his journey back to the top of the international 1500m stage.
