Colby Alexander of the Empire Elite Track Club has been on a tear this summer, running 3:33 for the 1500m, 3:50 for the mile, and placing 8th at the US Olympic Trials. We get the scoop on what led to these fast times this summer amidst not having a professional contract and dive into Colby's life off the track as well. We talk Magic, Pokemon, Dairy Queen, baseball, fishing in Alaska, eating until your stomach hurts, and a beer review for a nasty Pittsburgh beer Colby received as an award at the Liberty Mile.
Sit back, crack a cold one, and enjoy this conversation with Colby Alexander.
