For the last time in Series 17 its time for some What The Fartlek goodness and we round out the series with a bumper Spring Marathon Special
Ahead of running London marathon next weekend, we are joined by the excellent Meg Stevens. She talks about her experience at the big one in 2023, her fundraising exploits for her 2025 entry and all about her running journey as well in a sit down with Rob all the way from sunny Spain
Also, Jacks elite corner looks to Boston and London for the elites, Bemma join us for not only Parkrun chat, but the final of the Parkrun cup 2025 results and a lowdown of the best Parkruns to visit if you are in London or Manchester for the marathons next week
The gang also look back on their experiences and memories of the big UK spring marathons and we have a very important announcement about the future of the podcast
