Sweat Elite - Training Sessions

A cold, windy track day in Iten and Michał has just become a father! It's his last December Session in Iten before heading home to Poland. Michał's session 5x (2x200m ; 1x400m) Some quick insights into what he eats before a run, some more quick lactate tests, but mostly just Michał crushing it. -- -- -- Sweat Elite Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sweatelite/ https://www.instagram.com/rozmys_13/ Filmed and edited by Angus Teeton (Sweat Elite): https://www.instagram.com/angusteeton/ -- -- -- Want to see more videos?
