Sweat Elite - Training Sessions
Phil Sesemann & Emile Cairess have Valencia 10km coming up in 3.5 weeks time and today they hit some intervals with training partners Ossama Meslek & Andy Smith at the Brownlee Centre in Leeds. The workout starts with a 4 mile threshold effort, followed by 4 * 1 mile intervals a bit faster. The recovery after the 4 miles is 90seconds and around 1minute between the 1 mile intervals. The workout is overlooked by coach Andy Henderson. -- -- -- Sweat Elite Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sweatelite/ Phil Sesemann Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/philsesemann/ Emile Cairess Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/emilecairess/ Ossama Meslek Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/meslek15/ Andy Smith Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/andysmith_/ Videographer (Matt Fox) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mattinglisfox/ -- -- -- Videos created by Sweat Elite are also supported by subscribers.
