Tiidrek Nurme is one of only 5 people in history to race the 1500m and the Marathon at the Olympic Games. Right now he is preparing for the Seville Marathon with a sub 2:10 in mind. His current best is 2:10:02. Join Tiidrek for his final workout during his taper before the big dance - 8 x 1min intervals in Iten, Kenya (2300m elevation). The workout: 8 x 1min intervals with 90sec rest. The odd intervals are slightly downhill and the even intervals are slightly uphill. -- -- -- Sweat Elite Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sweatelite/ Tiidrek Nurme Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tiidrek/ Matt Fox (Sweat Elite) Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/mattinglisfox/ -- -- -- Chapters: 00:00 - Intro and warm up 07:50 - Nike Gear Check 10:20 - The Workout 17:15 - Post workout chat -- -- -- Our new Members area is now open for those wishing to access ALL Sweat Elite Video content. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFYpwqeNXx7M9xosFjdm5kQ/join
