Poor weather, less hours of sunlight, holiday obligations and travel, work and life stressors - it all adds up to less if any running getting done at all. That's why we have Episode #130! Because we're going to flip the script. We're not going to wait until the New Year to start running or start running again. This good old year we're in is good enough and so are we!
