Episode 18 Interview with "Teach is a beast" Rachel Hamrick!

In this episode I had the pleasure to talk to Rachel Hamrick! She is killing it in OCR's this year! She is extremely passionate and serious about the sport. We talk about how she trains along with being a mother and a full time teacher. She is an Army vet, that is on the Grunt Style Pro OCR Team! It is a great episode you do not want to miss!!
