Episode 25: Dr Rhea Johnson

Thank you Dr Rhea Johnson for jumping on the podcast this week. Rhea is a former high school and collegiate track sprinter and continues to run today. She lives in Westchester county, NY north of NYC with her husband and 3 kids. Rhea recently ran the NYC and BROOKLYN half marathons this year and completes in the 400 and 800m distances at occasional track meets, including on the national USATF level.
