077: Voices From the Trail 2019

Laura Rekkerth made her way to 74 peaks last year. Daven Oskvig has run more than 70 ultras, finishing many on the podium. Tim Kent is a purposeful training machine setting an example for the next generation. Laura Webber is a family oriented adventure racer who did a 24 hour mountain bike relay race with her husband Ian while their 1 and 3 year old served as crew. They each were kind enough to share their experiences and motivations running and getting outside as well as humoring me during some of my more … interesting lines of questioning. Special Guests: Daven oskvig, Laura Rekkerth, Laura Webber, and Tim Kent.
