    Jamar is the head coach of Elite Speed Track Club and an IG Creator in Columbia, SC. He successfully coaches youth athletes through collegians and is the meet director of the Carolina Challenge where the Elite Speed parents do a great job making it a positive experience for the athletes. Jamar shares his strategies for working with club parents for everyone's benefit.
