Back on the podcast is Imogen Barrett!

Imogen recently signed with OAC Oceania last year after graduating from The University of Flordia.

While at Flordia, Imogen has achieved remarkable times, including an indoor 800m time of 2:01.23 and an outdoor 800m time of 2:00.96. She also holds an impressive mile time of 4:38.12 indoors and a 1500m time of 4:14.55 outdoors. Her accomplishments have earned her numerous accolades, such as being crowned the 2022 and 2019 SEC Outdoor Champion in the 800m and 1500m, respectively. Imogen has also received USTFCCCA All-America honors, including Second Team recognition in both the 2023 indoor and outdoor seasons for the 800m. Her achievements extend beyond individual events, as she has been an integral part of the Florida Gators' success, contributing to their victories in NCAA championships. Imogen's performances have also earned her a spot on the UF All-Time Top 10 list in various events.

In today's conversation, Imogen takes me through her first year as a pro-runner, graduating from Flordia, her ambitions for 2024, what it's like living in Australia, why she doesn't like to set goals, and so much more!

Anytime I get Imogen on the podcast, it is always a good time. This one is perfect for your weekend runs!
