The European Championships are heating up and Rich Morrell and Cameron Boyek are back to break down all the biggest talking points from the latest action.

The focus starts with the men's 800m semi finals, including impressive performances from Mark English, Ben Pattison and the rest of the field. Rich and Cam look at the tactics, finishing speed and different approaches that could shape the final, as well as how 800m racing continues to evolve.

They also discuss the women's 800m and 5000m before turning their attention to Jakob Ingebrigtsen's return. What does his comeback mean for the rest of the field, and does his experience and ability to control a race give him a psychological edge?

With the finals approaching, Rich and Cam make their predictions, discuss athlete conditioning and look at how racing through multiple rounds could influence who comes out on top.

Who are you backing for the 800m final, and can anyone stop Ingebrigtsen?

Let us know your predictions in the comments and don't forget to like, subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss an episode of The Trackstaa Podcast.
