The Women's Running Podcast

Ep 326. Recovery and more Spencer Matthews
Welcome to episode 326 of the Women’s Running podcast. I’m Esther, she’s Holly, and we’re the soundtrack to your next run. On this podcast we talk about health, politics, stuff on TV and what we ate last night. Occasionally, we talk about running.
Recovery and Spencer
Recovery from the marathon taking a little while longer than we thought. We talk through how our little broken bodies are sorting themselves out, and the things we’re doing to rest. In the middle of it all, we launch our new podcast series which will be hitting your ears on the 1st December. We’re doing our very own Runvent, which we hope you love, to give you a little bit of motivation to move every day between the 1st and the 25th. We come back to Spencer Matthews, because every podcast should do. Oh and huge apologies to wonderful Jo Brand, by the way – blame the brain fog on that one.
