We have a look back at 2 separate parkruns as Ben and Emma travelled separately this week due to Ben’s trip to Wembley to watch Dem Blades. So you get 2 for the price of 1 as we take a look at Nostell and University of Northampton Parkruns - plus an open invite for this weekend for anyone who may be in the Sheffield area for a certain wedding as the gang are heading to Vicar Water Country Parkrun
