Who: 7-13 year olds interested in learning more about triathlon

What's included:

• 10 x 60 minute in person swim sessions - you choose Nassau or Suffolk Location
• 10 x 45 minute virtual bike sessions

Lifeguards and Certified Coaches on site for safety and instruction.

• Bike Trainers available (please indicate on registration)

Minimum Swim Requirements: 

• ***Your child must be able to swim across the pool which is 50 meters long comfortably unassisted***
• *** Your child must be comfortable with the Deep End of the Pool***

• Virtual Bike Sessions with your bike on a trainer - 6:45-7:30 PM on the following Wednesdays

What to Bring:

• Swim:
  • Swimsuit, Swim Cap, towel and Goggles (We have extra swim caps).
  • Wear Swimsuit Under Your Clothing so that we can get into the pool right away
  • Fins
• Bike:
  • Bicycle - Let us know if you need a bicycle
  • Bike Trainer or Stationary Bike - If you are in need of a trainer please indicate this on the registration
  • Internet to log into the Zoom Bike with camera set up near bike
• Stay Hydrated
  • Bring Water 

This clinic will be a review of what to expect at your next triathlon.  Your 7 to 13 year old will experience the basics for triathlon with a swim experience! 

What to Wear? Wear your swimsuit under your clothes before you arrive.

Helmet Rule:

• Side Note for Safety: Always wear your helmet whenever you are outdoors moving your bike, pushing and definitely, while riding.
