After trying every possible thing to get back, I have determined that this track season just wasn't meant to be. Everybody has trials in life and a huge part of being happy is being able to adapt to those challenges. “Do not seek for things to happen the way you want them to; rather, wish that what happens happen the way it happens: then you will be happy.” - Epictetus
Being injured isn't fun, but it's not the end of the world either. When things happen that are outside of your control, you have to able to recognize the good and focus on that. Whatever happens, is meant to happen. That is of course if you can't do anything about it. If you can fix it, fix it. I'm definitely bummed about this season, but couldn't be more excited to go at it for XC. Thank you for watching! Comment if you had injuries and what has helped you get through it.
