Before heading to Budapest for the World Athletics Ultimate Championship, we had one last test:
A 1K Time Trial at ALTITUDE.
Coming off a summer that included a 3:42.66 Mile World Record and the Commonwealth Games Gold, we knew I was fit. The question was, how much was still there?
This is the FULL session. The build up, the pacing, the splits, and one final test before Budapest.
