On February 1, 2014 some of ultrarunning's finest men and women toed the line for the inaugural Sean O'Brien 50 Miler, a Montrail Ultra Cup race. Superstars like Mike Wolfe, Cassie Scallon and Dylan Bowman faced off against their competition including local stars in Chris Price, Sally McRae and Dominic Grossman - all vying for the coveted Western States 100 Mile spot. The following are some highlights of the frontrunners. Thanks again to Keira Henninger and the Sean O'Brien crew and volunteers for making it a great and successful event!
