LIBERTY BELL 2018 | 15:17 5K

This was my first race of the season and first race ever wearing the Mountain Vista jersey! The team is awesome and its such a fun program to be a part of. I was honestly not feeling my best and didn't run what I wanted to, but its still a good start to the season and definitely gives me a lot to work on before some of the bigger races. I ran 15:17 solo in JV and was stoked to see Mountain Vista bring home the 1-5 in that race as well as the dub in both the boys and girls varsity races. Things I want to improve on after this race are putting down the gas in the second mile and kicking hard. I also want to do a little bit more weight lifting for sure. Let me know what you guys think of the video in the comments and if you were at the meet let me know!! Great job to everyone who competed.
