Super Fun Team Day (Hot Springs)

Every year the Mountain Vista goes somewhere fun as a means of team bonding and running somewhere new. This year we went to Glenwood Springs to do a long run and go to the hot springs. I love this team, its been an honor to be a part of such an incredible team working towards being our best selves. Also, my team is absolutely hilarious, so I tried to show some of that in the vid. After the hot springs and run, my family picked me up and we headed to an amusement park and then to Aspen to explore and get some good vegan food! Our team does a long run almost every week to build our aerobic capacity and its probably my favorite run we do. They typically range from 70-80 mins.
