I spent the last 16 days building a school for deaf children in Belize through HEFY. It was one of the best 2 weeks of my life. It was a challenge to not be able to run and have to eat whatever food we were fed (healthy or not) , but everything was incredible. Nobody on the trip took phones, so it was a great experience to take a break and be in the moment. Super grateful for this experience, I hope you enjoy the vid!! I highly recommend HEFY for anyone looking to do some humanitarian work!
