A Colorado 100-mile Ultramarathon is paying $100,000 USD to both the menâs and womenâs winners of the race next year?! The race is @runrabbitrun100 and theyâve been offering $20,000 to the winners. Now that is a serious increase in prize purse!
What do we think are the ramifications of this? What does 2nd place get then? âProfessionalismâ in the sport? More fast Roadies crossing over? More doping and more drug testing?
