Carlos Mayo Nieto - one of Spain’s strongest distance runners over 1500 through Half Marathon is getting ready for the European Cross Country Championships in 10 days time with a threshold workout of 3x3km with around 1min30sec recovery. Joining Carlos in the workout are some of Spain’s fastest distance runners - Toni Abadia and Camilo Santiago. Coach Jose Luis Mareca also overlooks the workout in Zaragoza.
